Question 1

Does the Eagle IQ mobile app work offline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you're logged in, you can continue inspections without cellular data or Wi-Fi. When you reconnect, the app syncs your data to the cloud in the background while it's open. If the app has been closed, simply reopen it while online to complete the sync.

Question 2

How do I justify this to the board?

Accepted Answer

You're not replacing anything. You're fixing one problem costing money today. A short experiment. Whatever you run stays. The first record forms next to it.

Question 3

How do we know which asset class to pick to start?

Accepted Answer

Three criteria. It's costing money today. Someone owns it and wants it fixed. Success is measurable. Pick something painful enough that fixing it makes you a hero.
